Who you'll be working for
Our client is now seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead the project development and operations for the 1st site.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Proven leadership experience in managing similar projects
- Proven track record in pre-opening operations and scaling property portfolios.
- Deep understanding of Hong Kong’s market.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Develop the strategies and implement the operational setup of the project
- Drive the sales and revenue growth through innovative marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Build and manage a high-performing team to deliver high quality of service
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, capital expenditure plans, and financial reporting.
- Oversee refurbishment and maintenance programs to ensure optimal living conditions for residents.
