Who you'll be working for
An SOE with a diversified property portfolio is now looking for an Asset Management Lead to develop the strategies to maximize the asset performance and profit. He / She has to lead a 10+ team to implement innovative ideas to rebrand the portfolio.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- 10+ years with a leadership role in Real Estate Asset Management with a related bachelor’s degree
- Strong market analysis expertise and network.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive reporting and negotiations.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance portfolio performance and profitability.
- Assist on identifying investment opportunities including acquisition, disposition, and repositioning to optimize returns.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to guide investment decisions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of assets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure efficient maintenance, leasing, and operational management of assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, and third-party vendors to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
