Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience in CRM management or internal communications, ideally from agency or vendor-side background.
Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and support tech deployment.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and data-driven engagement is a plus.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to strengthen internal communication and engagement.
Create clear, compelling Chinese content for internal campaigns and platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
Analyze internal data and feedback to optimize engagement strategies.
Support the rollout and adoption of new CRM tools and technologies.
