What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • Experience in CRM management or internal communications, ideally from agency or vendor-side background.

  • Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and support tech deployment.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data-driven engagement is a plus.

 

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to strengthen internal communication and engagement.

  • Create clear, compelling Chinese content for internal campaigns and platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.

  • Analyze internal data and feedback to optimize engagement strategies.

  • Support the rollout and adoption of new CRM tools and technologies.
