What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • With 1 - 3 years of CS experience in insurance or financial industry
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Good team player with strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
     
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Review and process insurance application forms for new business and policy transfers
  • Follow up with internal staff regarding the incompleted documents
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to and from customers 
  • Address members’ enquiries effectively and maintain satisfactory quality of customer service
  • Make appropriate recommendations to meet customers’ expectation
  • Escalate enquiries when necessary in line with internal guidelines
