0–3 years of experience in HR Admin, People Ops, Office Management, or similar roles.
Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and documentation management skills.
Experience using HRIS or payroll tools (Mekari or similar) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with basic HR & government-related admin such as contracts, NPWP, BPJS, and attendance tracking.
Ability to communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and partners.
Comfortable building checklists, trackers, or SOPs to improve workflow.
Reliable, disciplined, and able to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and efficient workplace.
Handle HR administration, including maintaining employee data, attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs (via Mekari or similar systems).
Prepare, organize, and track HR documents such as contracts, letters, NPWP, BPJS, and internal forms.
Support onboarding and offboarding by collecting documents, creating checklists, and coordinating first-day needs.
Coordinate daily lunch orders and manage office supplies, inventory, and vendors.
Maintain simple financial and payroll records and assist employees with basic HR or payroll-related inquiries.
Ensure compliance and accuracy across HR, payroll, office management, and administrative processes.
