What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Knowledgeable in freight forwarding business and sales or 3PL business.
- Having 2 years experience as sales in 3PL or ocean cargo.
- Strong knowledge of Logistics and International Freight Forwarding.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development within the freight industry.
- Fluent in English both Oral and Written.
- Placement Head Office - MM2100 Cibitung.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Drive sales activities for ocean freight and 3PL services by identifying business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver competitive pricing proposals, manage sales pipelines, and support customers with tailored logistics and freight forwarding solutions.
- Work closely with internal operational teams to ensure service quality, resolve shipment issues, and support overall business growth and revenue targets.
