What you'll be doing on the job

• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs to support internal and external audit processes.

• Propose and issue SOPs and IMOs in compliance with government regulations and industry standards, and conduct socialization, training, and implementation support.

• Maintain and manage SOP documents systematically with proper version control and change history.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Risk Management Framework.

• Identify operational, financial, legal, and reputational risks by preparing a risk register and risk matrix to determine risk priorities.

• Design and implement risk mitigation strategies in coordination with cross-functional departments.

• Prepare periodic risk reports for management and the Audit Committee.

• Implement the 5S program to ensure workplace efficiency and compliance.
