Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major; Management, Information Technology, or related fields preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 8–12 years of experience in IT outsourcing / professional IT services, IT recruitment/headhunting, IT training/bootcamp, BPO, or managed services.
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams of at least 15–30 people.
  • Strong understanding of IT skillsets & technical roles (developer, QA, PM, BA, data, etc.).
  • Experience in P&L management, operations, and business development is a significant advantage.
  • Hands-on IT experience of at least 3–5 years is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen in outsourcing, headhunting, training, and BPO models.
  • Deep understanding of IT talent supply chain and recruitment lifecycle.
  • Ability to read operational data: utilization, margin, SLA, productivity, manpower planning.
  • Skilled in negotiation, proposal management, and client engagement.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
  • Strong leadership, coaching skills, and ability to manage multi-divisional teams.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and fast & accurate decision-making.
  • Adaptive to change and committed to continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing on the job

I. Business & Strategic Leadership

  1. Develop the strategic direction and business development roadmap for the business unit in alignment with the company’s vision.

  2. Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies for outsourcing, headhunting, training, and BPO services.

  3. Manage and be accountable for achieving revenue, gross profit, net profit, and resource utilization targets.

  4. Identify new business opportunities, new market segments, and expand strategic client networks in the multifinance, banking, fintech, and enterprise industries.

II. Operational Excellence & Delivery

  1. Ensure all business unit services operate effectively, efficiently, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).

  2. Oversee end-to-end operational processes: recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, engagement, payroll, training delivery, and BPO operations.

  3. Manage talent pool capacity and monitor client demand fluctuations to ensure resource availability.

  4. Drive continuous improvement of SOPs, screening methods, assessments, operational workflows, and quality standards.

III. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  1. Define sourcing strategies and develop candidate pipelines for IT roles (developer, QA, PM/BA, DevOps, data, cybersecurity, etc.).

  2. Supervise screening, interviews, technical tests, and candidate recommendations to clients.

  3. Ensure the quality of internal training graduates and maintain curriculum relevance to industry needs.

  4. Build collaborations with universities, training partners, IT communities, and the broader recruitment ecosystem.

IV. Client Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  1. Maintain long-term business relationships with strategic clients and provide support for escalation issues.

  2. Work closely with the Sales & Commercial unit on pricing, proposals, contracts, and large-scale negotiations.

  3. Guide the team in addressing client needs responsively to improve client satisfaction and retention.

  4. Represent the business unit in internal meetings, external forums, or industry events.

V. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  1. Lead, guide, and develop cross-functional teams: Sales, Recruiters, Operations, Training, and BPO.

  2. Establish KPIs for each division and conduct monthly and annual performance evaluations.

  3. Provide coaching & mentoring to improve competence and productivity.

  4. Build a work culture centered on collaboration, ownership, speed, and service quality.

VI. Reporting & Governance

  1. Prepare and present monthly business unit performance reports to the Board of Management (BoM).

  2. Ensure all operations comply with company regulations, legal requirements, NDA/NCA, and professional ethics.

  3. Contribute to annual budgeting and monitor the business unit's cost realization.

VII. Authorities

  1. Make strategic and operational decisions related to business unit service development.

  2. Set work priorities and task assignments for all divisions under the business unit.

  3. Approve business unit expenses within company-authorized limits.

  4. Determine pricing structure, recruitment/headhunting fees, outsourcing margins, and BPO/training costing.

  5. Provide final approval for candidates to be deployed or submitted to clients.

  6. Issue warnings, recommend disciplinary actions, or provide coaching for team members violating SOPs.

  7. Coordinate with Department Heads & Management for new product or service development.
