Who you'll be working for
Established in 1984, this food manufacturer specializes in biscuits and wafers, operating plants in Ciracas and Bekasi. Its well-known snack products are distributed through general and modern trade channels, with exports reaching Malaysia and Myanmar.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- 2–5 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD), specifically in Snacks (chips/savory products), minimum currently in supervisor level.
- Experience handling end-to-end NPD, from idea generation -> formulation -> trials -> test result analysis -> lab activities > product launch.
- Experience developing 5–8 new products per year.
- Strong understanding of snack production processes (mixing, baking, extrusion, frying, coating).
- Knowledge of and experience with food safety and certifications (BPOM, Halal, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000).
- Preferably from FMCG companies such as Garuda Food, Mayora, Nabati, etc.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Developing 5–8 new products per year.
- Oversee R&D for well-known products such as Nissin Wafer & Serena Egg Rolls.
- Eligible for annual performance appraisals and salary increases.
