What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Up to 40 years old.
- Managing at least 3 ERP (SAP Business One) System Introduction Projects over 1.000.000.000 IDR (excluding software and hardware).
- Managing at least 3 ERP (SAP Business One) System Introduction Projects over 1.000.000.000 IDR (excluding software and hardware).
- Working as ERP Functional Consultant at least 5 years.
- Understanding software development lifecycle.
- Working as ERP Technical Consultant.
- Developing software for manufacturing, distribution and/or logistics companies.
- Involved in at least 1 full cycle of software implementation project for manufacturing industry.
- Having experience with Japanese company/client.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Analyze customers' keypains and requirements and provide solutions either using ERP system or other workarounds.
- Control project scope by reconciling customer needs and project constraints (Quality/Cost/Schedule).
- Provide functional expertise of ERP solution (Configuration / Customization / Upgrade / Maintenance of ERP system).
- Create designs, testing scenarios, assist user during User Acceptance Test execution.
- Build and keep a good relationship with customers in various division/organization to achieve project goal.
- Work together with sales team or technical team to conduct pre-sales activities like preparing proposal documents, demo scenario and leading a meeting to attract potential customers.
- Deliver presentation of proposals with demonstrations to clients.
- Establishing maintenance flow of developed system after Go-Live and keep the system stable and meeting customer’s expectation.
