Who you'll be working for
An Indonesian food and beverage manufacturer with strong South Korean roots, established in 1976, managing around 400 SKUs across seasonings, sauces, and daily-use foods, supported by a vast national distribution network and robust trade execution.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Gender: Open.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years at GM level. Strong background in Trade Marketing within Food & Beverage Manufacturing (Principal or Distributor).
- Competencies: Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability Proven experience in managing large SKU portfolios and distributor networks.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Lead and oversee the Trade Marketing function, with strong focus on monitoring and evaluating promotional activities across channels.
- Develop and execute strategic trade promotion programs in close collaboration with the Sales field team.
- Ensure trade marketing initiatives effectively drive sales growth and market execution excellence.
- Continuously review the effectiveness of promotions and revise strategies when results are below expectations.
- Manage a complex trade ecosystem including: ±400 SKUs and ±300 distributors nationwide.
