Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's degree or above, MBA or master's degree in business management or related fields is preferred.
- Must be fluent in Chinese.
- Age requirement: 30-45.
- More than 10 years of experience in the catering chain industry, and over 5 years of senior management experience in transnational franchise systems.
- Proficient in the entire franchise process: investment promotion and development, construction support, operation supervision, etc.
- Familiar with the business ecology and government-business resources of target countries, with strong resource integration capabilities.
- Data-driven decision-making, able to optimize operational strategies through business analysis.
- Outstanding cross-cultural management capabilities, able to coordinate the alignment of goals between the headquarters and local teams.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Formulate 3-5 year franchise development strategies for target countries, design differentiated market entry strategies and annual investment promotion goals.
- Build localized investment promotion networks (industry associations, agencies, etc.), and lead franchisee development, qualification review, and signing.
- Optimize franchise policies (investment models, profit-sharing mechanisms) to enhance brand attractiveness and franchisee retention rate.
- Coordinate store site selection evaluation, decoration standard implementation, and opening preparation to ensure the single-store investment return meets standards.
- Supervise SOP implementation, and improve store operation efficiency through training, store visits, and data monitoring.
- Establish a hierarchical franchisee management system and organize regular summits to solve common problems.
- Conduct localized operations and brand building, promote localized product adjustments (adapting to tastes, religious taboos, etc.), and cooperate with R&D to optimize menus.
- Formulate regional marketing strategies, plan brand promotion activities, and manage social media and KOL collaborations.
- Establish a crisis response mechanism to handle major customer complaints and public opinion incidents.
- Build and manage local teams (investment promotion, operations, construction), formulate performance appraisal mechanisms; ensure business compliance with local laws and regulations (food safety, labor policies, tax compliance).
