What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst (2 years is still acceptable).
- MUST currently be working in a Multifinance company.
- Maximum age: 35 years old.
- Strong analytical thinking abilities.
- Proficient in using Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating Requirements, Analysis & User Acceptance Test.
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Maintain a competitive market knowledge.
