Who you'll be working for
A long-established Interior Project Consultant with 25+ years in Indonesia’s luxury market, operating three premium showrooms. It offers high-end furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and décor, represents leading global brands, and serves residential, architectural, design, and commercial clients with comprehensive luxury interior solutions.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Experience selling premium furniture, interior products, or design solutions.
- Strong storytelling ability for high-end products; confident engaging wealthy clientele.
- Preferably with Interior Design educational background.
- Multi-outlet/multibrand retail experience is an advantage.
- Must be sales-driven, motivated, and willing to work weekends (mall schedule).
- Gender open; hijab not allowed per store presentation policy.
- Good English for training modules and product briefing.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Drive sales of premium interior & furniture products across multiple brands.
- Engage and consult with design firms and high-net-worth clients, providing product storytelling and design justification.
- Handle end-to-end interior sales process: client approach, proposals, project coordination, invoicing.
- Support store operations, merchandising standards, and weekend retail schedules.
- Participate in product role-play evaluations and continuous learning (modules in English).
