Who you'll be working for

It provides sales, rental, parts, and maintenance services across mining, construction, forestry, agriculture, marine, and energy sectors, supporting major industries nationwide with strong technical expertise and nationwide service networks.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the Heavy Equipment industry (principal, dealer, or related construction
equipment field).
- Major Account Handling: Proven experience managing large accounts (e.g., BUMN, Power Plants,
infrastructure firms) and maintaining top-level relationships with senior executives or directors.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and liaison skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a PDDIKTI-registered university.
- Age: Preferably above 38 years old.
- Language: Fluent in English (both oral and written) – required for coordination with Caterpillar and regional
stakeholders.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Target Management: Distribute and manage sales targets to Area Sales Managers across Indonesia within the Construction & Forestry (C&F) industry.
- Strategic Collaboration: Coordinate with Caterpillar (principal), Marketing Intelligence, Area GMs, and Product Managers to develop sales strategies based on market insights and existing customer portfolios.
- Business Growth: Responsible for both maintaining existing customers (50%) and expanding new business opportunities (50%).
- Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major accounts (especially BUMN clients).
- Performance Monitoring: Track area performance, analyze sales data, and ensure alignment with annual revenue targets.
