Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Fluent in Korean and Indonesian (spoken and written); English proficiency is a strong advantage.
Proven hands-on experience handling KITAS and expatriate permits (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
Strong understanding of Indonesian immigration and manpower regulations for expatriates.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple administrative processes simultaneously.
Good communication and coordination skills, especially with government institutions.
Experience working in a Korean company or multinational environment is highly preferred.
Handle end-to-end KITAS processing for expatriates (Korean), including new application, extension, mutation, and cancellation.
Coordinate with Immigration Office, Manpower Office (Disnaker), OSS, and related government institutions.
Prepare, submit, and monitor all immigration and expatriate-related documents (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, MERP, SKTT, STM, etc.).
Act as Korean–Indonesian interpreter during meetings, discussions, and communications related to GA and P&C matters.
Liaise with headquarters (Korea) and internal stakeholders regarding expatriate administration and compliance.
Support other General Affairs activities as required (office administration, vendor coordination, basic logistics support).
Ensure all expatriate documentation complies with current Indonesian labor and immigration regulations.
