Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- 5+ years of Dynamics AX 2012 development experience.
- Proven D365 Finance & Operations migration/upgrade project expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in X++, D365 extensions, Azure DevOps, LCS.
- Strong knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail modules.
- Experience with integrations (OData, DMF, APIs, middleware).
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Indonesian proficiency is a plus.
- Microsoft certifications (MB-300, MB-500) highly desirable.
- Preferred Skills: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Functions), SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS knowledge, Leadership experience in multinational ERP projects.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Lead end-to-end technical migration from AX2012 to D365 F&O.
- Redesign AX2012 customizations for D365 cloud architecture.
- Drive X++ development, D365 extensions, integrations, and data migration.
- Establish technical standards, coding best practices, and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and stakeholders to ensure business-aligned solutions.
- Resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Oversee deployment, cutover, and post-go-live operations.
