What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or related low-code/no-code platforms.
- Hands-on experience building conversational AI or chatbot solutions.
- Familiarity with generative AI concepts and LLM-based services.
- Strong technical understanding of API integrations, REST services, and system interoperability.
- Experience working within enterprise IT environments and business process automation.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate solutions with Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Build and manage automation workflows that integrate internal enterprise systems and external APIs.
- Perform prompt engineering and continuously optimize conversational logic, accuracy, and user experience.
- Customize Copilot scenarios based on business requirements and end-user needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, planners, and end users to translate requirements into working AI solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production deployment.
- Ensure best practices in security, performance, maintainability, and scalability of Copilot solutions.
