Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology/Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology/Life Sciences, or Engineering/Chemical Engineering.
A minimum of <2 years of experience is required for this position, with the specific range dependent on the level of the role.
Mandatory experience includes performing, managing, and manufacturing IND/Drug substance processes within a pharmaceutical industry setting.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a required skill.
Preference is given to those with experience in fractionation and protein purification processes, especially in the initial setup of a new biopharmaceutical facility.
Plasma fractionation and protein purification.
API or bio-product producing operations.
Chromatography, ultrafiltration, and diafiltration processes.
Large reactor operations and filtration.
Continuous aseptic and sterile filtration processes.
