Who you'll be working for
A growing technology consulting firm that provides SAP, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering services, operating as a global delivery centre supporting clients across Asia and the Middle East.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • 5+ years of sales management experience as Head of Sales in IT resource business (managing teams of 5+ staff)
  • Personal track record within the past 3 years of annual individual sales exceeding MYR 15 million in IT resource business
  • 5+ years of sales experience in SAP resource business, AMS, or project delivery
  • Sales or business operation experience (resource, AMS, or project) in at least one of the following IT tools: Dynamics, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce
  • Strong network or substantial contacts with SAP user companies, usable upon joining
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
  • Understanding of and adaptability to cross-border business and multicultural environments
  • Native-level business English skills
What you'll be doing on the job

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies in our IT resource business, primarily focused on SAP. The role includes managing and guiding the Sales Division to ensure sustainable business growth and sound organizational operations.

In talent proposals, the Sales Manager will build and operate a flexible system for sourcing talent not only domestically but also from neighbouring countries and for supporting remote work arrangements.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies based on annual budgets
  • Set goals, monitor progress, evaluate results, and provide guidance to the sales team
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Actively engage in sales as a player-manager (business development, proposals, closing deals)
  • Collaborate with other departments (Recruitment, Finance, etc.)
  • Accurately communicate job requirements to the Recruitment Division and follow up
  • Work with Finance to follow up on payment collection
  • Provide timely updates and reports to the CEO on progress and issues
