● Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, or partnership roles in B2B technology, fintech, or financial services. Experience in blockchain/Web3 or institutional sales is a strong plus.
● Track Record: Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline, close partnerships, or land enterprise accounts; comfort with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
● Communication: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to articulate value propositions and handle objections in a professional setting.
● Organisation: Discipline in CRM usage, follow-up, and pipeline management; ability to prioritise and execute in a remote or distributed setup.
● Resilience: Self-driven and results-oriented; comfortable with rejection and iteration.
● Pipeline: Generate and qualify leads through outbound, events, referrals, and inbound; maintain a healthy pipeline of institutions, consortia, and strategic partners.
● Outreach & Meetings: Conduct targeted outreach (email, LinkedIn, events); book and run discovery and pitch meetings with decision-makers and influencers.
● Partnership Development: Progress discussions from initial interest to pilots, commercial terms, and long-term partnerships; coordinate with product, legal, and leadership.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners; ensure regular communication and alignment on milestones and next steps.
● Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments; feed insights into strategy and positioning.
● Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data; report on activity, pipeline, and wins to leadership.
