What requirements you'll need to be eligible

● Experience: 3+ years in technical writing, developer documentation, or technical content in software, fintech, or infrastructure. Experience in blockchain/Web3 or financial services is a strong plus.
● Writing: Excellent command of written English; ability to explain complex systems in plain language for mixed audiences (technical and non-technical).
● Technical Aptitude: Comfort reading and summarizing code, architecture diagrams, and technical specs; ability to work closely with engineers and product managers.
● Tools: Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g. Git, Markdown, Notion, Confluence, static site generators, or docs-as-code workflows).
● Organisation: Strong project and versioning discipline; ability to own multiple doc sets and prioritise under deadlines.

What you'll be doing on the job

● Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture overviews, integration guides, API references, SDK docs, and runbooks for client's protocol, L2/L3 layers, and core products (e.g. identity, wallets, data availability).
● Developer Experience: Write tutorials, quickstart guides, and code samples that help external developers and partners integrate with current solution quickly and correctly.
● Internal Knowledge: Develop and curate internal technical wikis, onboarding materials, and process documentation for engineering and product teams.
● Consistency & Standards: Establish and enforce documentation style, terminology, and structure; ensure alignment with whitepapers and product positioning.
● Stakeholder Content: Support creation of technically accurate content for RFPs, partner decks, regulatory submissions, and enterprise FAQs.
● Feedback Loops: Gather feedback from developers and internal teams to continuously improve clarity, findability, and accuracy.
