Our platform supports real-time transactions, integrations with trading systems, and high-volume financial data processing. What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Core Technical Skills

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in C# / .NET Core

• Strong experience with RESTful APIs

• Experience working with SQL Server (query optimization, indexing, stored procedures)

• Understanding of multithreading, asynchronous programming, and performance tuning

• Experience building secure systems (authentication, authorization, data protection)

• Familiar with event-driven architecture and message brokers (RabbitMQ / Kafka is a plus)

Fintech / Brokerage Advantage

• Experience supporting trading platforms or brokerage systems

• Understanding of order lifecycle, trade execution, reconciliation, or settlement workflows

• Exposure to FIX protocol (advantageous but not mandatory)

• Experience handling financial data or real-time systems

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud environments

• CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows

• Docker experience is a plus

What you'll be doing on the job

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET Web API

• Build and maintain services that handle high-volume financial transactions

• Develop APIs for integration with trading platforms, payment systems, and third-party financial services

• Work closely with product and business teams to translate brokerage requirements into technical solutions

• Improve system performance, reliability, and security

• Contribute to architectural decisions (microservices, modular design, event-driven systems)

• Participate in DevOps processes, CI/CD, and cloud deployments

• Troubleshoot production issues in a time-sensitive trading environment
