Who you'll be working for
Monitor partner sales performance, identify gaps, and support improvement initiatives. Execute sales campaigns, ensure effective rollout, and track participation. Engage and support partners through regular communication, basic coaching, and training assistance. Support business development through partner onboarding, lead follow-ups, and conversion improvement. Prepare reports and analyze sales data for decision-making. Coordinate with internal teams, ensure compliance, and support operational and process improvements to achieve KPIs.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder (Preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.) 
  • Strong proficiency in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage. 
  • Experience using marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, Zoho, or Infobip. 
  • Ability to analyze digital traffic and behavior using tools like Google Analytics. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and campaign presentations. 
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus. 
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic and adheres to  policies and guidelines. 
  • Ensures compliance with PDPA, PIDM, and BNM regulations related to marketing materials, customer consent, and data management. 
What you'll be doing on the job
Lead Generation & Conversion: Execute performance driven digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive insurance policy sign-ups. 
 
Funnel Management: Oversee the full digital sales journey—from awareness and engagement to administrative processing, payment, and policy issuance. 
 
Target Achievement: Optimize marketing spend, campaign strategies, and audience targeting to consistently achieve monthly sales KPIs (ticket size, form submissions) and marketing KPIs (opens, clicks, conversions). 
 
Market Positioning: Track digital trends and competitor activities within the insurance space to maintain brand relevance and competitiveness. 
 
Plan, build, monitor, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across digital marketing platforms. 
 
Develop persuasive ad copy and conceptualize graphic ideas tailored to specific customer segments. 
 
Manage and maintain digital marketing systems such as Zoho, Infobip, and Mailchimp. 
 
Clean, process, and validate user data from lead forms, partners, and organic sign-ups for marketing, cross selling, and up-selling initiatives. 
 
Support marketing and sales administrative tasks, including form processing, responding to customer queries, and ensuring policies are properly enforced and paid. 
 
Assist with compliance and legislative documentation such as agreements, project expenditures, and partner arrangements. 
 
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaign materials, datasets, and key visuals. 
 
Nurture leads generated from digital marketing activities to improve conversion rates. 
 
Segment partner databases and internal userbases for targeted marketing initiatives. 
 
Prepare performance reports on campaign results, cost per acquisition, and conversion metrics. 
 
Recommend campaign enhancements and strategy adjustments based on ongoing performance insights. 
 
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support marketing and sales operations.
