What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Assistant.
• Qualification: Min SPM. 

What you'll be doing on the job

• Receiving stocks by unloading from trucks or containers using forklift
• Break bulk, crates and other containers to Inspect the received stocks
• Identify if the stocks receive is in good condition and highlight if there is any damages
• Inspect the received items against the documents and report any discrepancies
• Complete inspection within the company policy and segregate into the Back Order or Keep Stock categories
• Processing orders by picking stocks; packing into boxes and placing orders into delivery area
• Practice the most efficient packing methodology according to the company requirement
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards and ensure all delivered products is in good condition
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean delivery area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations of the company
• Assist shipping the orders for local and oversea branches to the appointed third party logistic company
• Participate in the Annual Stock take activities
  Communicate and cooperate with other team member
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Wear proper safety equipment as provided by the Company
