A fast-growing fintech start-up building technology solutions that power brokerage and trading operations. Our platform supports real-time transactions, integrations with trading systems, and high-volume financial data processing. We move fast, build lean, and expect strong ownership from every team member.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible

 5+ years of B2B IT sales, with at least 2 years
focused on cybersecurity or infrastructure
solutions
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding
sales quotas in enterprise or mid-market
segments
· Prior exposure to fintech, banking, or financial
services clients strongly preferred
· Experience managing complex,
multi-stakeholder sales cycles
 Solid working knowledge of VMware product
portfolio (NSX-T, Carbon Black, vSphere,
vSAN, Workspace ONE)
· Understanding of network security, endpoint
protection, and zero-trust architecture concepts
· Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructure
environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
· Awareness of fintech regulatory frameworks
and IT security compliance obligations

What you'll be doing on the job

 Drive the full sales cycle for VMware security solutions — from prospecting and qualification through
to negotiation and close — within fintech and financial services accounts.
— Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with C-level and senior IT decision-makers at
target accounts.
— Position VMware NSX, Carbon Black, vSphere security, and related portfolio products against
customer pain points and regulatory requirements common in fintech.
— Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to deliver compelling technical demonstrations,
proof-of-concepts, and solution proposals.
— Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and maintaining CRM
hygiene (Salesforce or equivalent).
— Partner with VMware channel partners, SIs, and resellers to maximise market coverage and
accelerate deal velocity.
— Stay current on fintech-specific security compliance requirements (e.g. MAS TRM, BNM RMiT,
PCI-DSS, ISO 27001) and articulate how VMware solutions address them.
— Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to product and marketing teams to shape
go-to-market strategy.
— Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and KPIs
