What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Requirements:

  • Experience in technician/production/machine maintenance work
  • Able to perform troubleshooting and machine support
  • Willing to work overtime (OT provided)
  • Prefer candidates staying in or near Puchong area
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Perform full machine operation and auto-control by following specifications and provided samples.
  • Responsible for machine setup and adjustments.
  • Support equipment breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and machine troubleshooting.
  • Reduce equipment downtime, improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement projects and programs within the team.
  • Support new product introduction and development activities.
  • Follow department SOPs strictly to achieve high product quality standards.
  • Provide production support whenever required to meet production goals.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with safety regulations.
  • Comply with company security requirements during the performance of assigned duties.
  • Understand and apply all applicable Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules, including product handling, operational procedures, posture, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Perform other duties as required to maintain SLA and achieve department or plant objectives.
