Who you'll be working for
The client is a global beauty retailer.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Strong MS office knowledge
- Detail -oriented and proactive
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
What you'll be doing on the job
- Update and maintain the concourse master list, including IT, Security & PT arrangements, Total order amount, Sales targets, DC delivery, etc.
- Weekly share the monthly concourse with ALL respective departments.
- Follow up with the venue owner on concourse requirements and documentations (letter offers, work permits, loading requirements, etc.).
- Follow up with the Promo Team on upcoming concourse orders, leaflet items list, price lists, etc.
- Assist in preparing manual POs for respective departments to review and comment on.
- Assist in issuing and submitting manual POs and GWP allocations to SC (if any) for the concourse.
- Prepare a pre-event briefing deck for Concourse Operation Team, Store Team, respective departments, and the agency.
- Work closely with the COT, Vendors & Agency to ensure the concourse runs smoothly.
- Standby on weekends to assist COT in case of any emergencies or ad-hoc situations (off-site).
- Keep track of non-trade items inventory (Agency) and records (COT).
- Keep track of the shrinkage report after the concourse ends.
- Follow up on payment status with the Admin & Finance Team for all relevant parties (Venue, Vendors, Agency, etc)
- Compile invoices for Thematic/Category/Jom Beli concourse and submit them to Trading departments for charges claim.
- Create, record, and follow up on CL status to ensure concourse charges are billed up to date.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
