• Strong familiarity with contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational workflows Requirements
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
• 3–6 years of experience in:
• Project management
• Operations / strategy
• Consulting or tech environment
• Experience in mobility, logistics, or regulated industries is a plus

What you'll be doing on the job

Sin Ming
Mon to Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm
UP $5,000 + VB

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for AV deployment
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
• Act as the key liaison with external stakeholders, including regulators and vendors
• Review contracts and service level agreements (SLAs), and track performance against them
• Support development of operational SOPs, incident management protocols, and reporting frameworks
• Maintain structured trackers for project progress, risks, incidents, and vendor performance
• Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation to keep projects on track What
