What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience
  • Comfortable working in production environment with experience managing inventory is an added advantage
  • High physical secured environment; no mobile devices allowed (to be kept into assigned work lockers)
  • Team player & detail oriented person
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Mature in thinking, Highly organized and disciplined, Customer service oriented, Excellent communication skills
  • Must be open to occasional OT work (including Saturday shifts on rotational basis – OT Payable)
  • Singaporeans only
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Daily coordination between bank customers and internal production team
  • Manage card inventory in production
  • Reporting of card status and inventory levels to the banks
  • Preparation of monthly billing reports
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scope of work
  • Participate in monthly card stock take with the banks
