Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience and progressive responsibility in HR BP capacity preferably in an IT industry environment.
- Friendly and have strong track record in implementing strategic HR initiative for organization improvement.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communications and personnel management skills and ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization.
- Well organized and self-directed individual with sound technical skills, analytical ability and good judgment.
- Fluency in English is required.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, performance management, talent management and others relevant programs to organization needs.
- Working together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover.
- Developing or assisting in developing a future-proof compensation and benefits strategy.
- Conducting day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.).
- Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
- Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies.
- Be up to date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management in order to help leaders to ensure compliance.
