What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Candidates with a diploma and above and with good experience will also be considered.
• Good team spirit, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Preferably with 10 years of working experience in construction industries.
• Able to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• Good command in English for both oral and written.

What you'll be doing on the job

• To manage projects and to provide technical and management guidance to the assigned project engineer.
• Monitoring all projects closely that to ensure the project engineer managed the project within the given time, cost and quality constraint stipulated in the contract.
• Conducting a site survey and able to negotiate with sub-contractors to get the best price-performance solution for the company.
• Required to access certain authorities for approval and able to prepare project documentation.
• To ensure the project meets the quality standards expected by the customer.
• To train and maintain a team of competent and motivated project engineer and set KPIs for engineers/technicians in order to keep track of their performance.
• Continuously evaluate the SOP process and enhance existing processor for the department when necessary.
