What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Diploma or higher in insurance, healthcare, or health administration related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
- PC literate with basic Excel skills (sorting, filtering, and pivot tables).
- Possesses good initiative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High integrity, accountable, adaptable, and a strong team player.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Supported Provider Payment team with administrative and claims processing tasks.
- Collected, dispatched, opened, and stamped claims documents and invoices.
- Performed data entry and updated claims records in the system.
- Assisted with additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.
- Ensured compliance awareness by identifying risks and following regulatory requirements.
