We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dedicated Early Years Educator to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Relevant Early Childhood qualification recognised by ECDA.
- Certified by ECDA as an L1/L2 educator (where applicable).
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Positive, patient, and nurturing personality.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Prior preschool teaching experience is an advantage.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the centre's curriculum.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through meaningful play and exploration.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Observe, assess, and document children's learning and developmental progress.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Support daily classroom routines, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
