Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- 8 years experience in Learning and Development, Training, HR, or Operations.
- Solid understanding of commercial and operational factors impacting retail businesses.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing Management Development and Retail Leadership programs with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience in creating training and operational materials tailored for customer and staff interactions.
- Knowledge of the beauty and toiletries industry is highly desirable.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Learning & Development, Psychology).
- Additional qualifications in Management Development or Leadership Skills are advantageous.
- Certification in DISC, NLP, or MBTI training is preferred.
- Train the Trainer qualifications are a plus.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Manage Training programs, Frontline Staff Development, Staff Engagement, CS Management
- Develop and implement effective training programs for frontline staff.
- Manage training budgets and expenses efficiently.
- Create engaging training materials to enhance learning.
- Communicate training opportunities and updates effectively.
- Monitor customer interactions and recommend improvements.
- Implement career development schemes and workforce specialization.
- Organize team-building activities and engage staff through internal communications.
- Manage outsourced vendors for customer service.
