senior qs manager

A renowned hospitality group is now looking for a HQ based QS person to oversee the key engineering contracts and manage the procurement process

Higher Diploma/ Degree Holder in related disciplines, preferably in Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
At least 5 years’ experience with E&M in property and facility management
Strong in Central Air-conditioning, Electrical, Fire Services, Plumbing and Drainage System.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Familiar with PC applications, especially MS Office.

Implement the procurement process including tender assessment, progress and analysis.
Contract administration for all tenders including R&M maintenance contracts, ad hoc and emergency work, renovation works, etc.
Co-ordinate with consultants and supervise the contractors to ensure their services and work are rendered competently and full compliance with tender specifications and the working schedule.
Familiar with local statutory regulations and requirements relating to the building services system and builder works.
Perform vendor management to meet organizational and company needs.
Co-ordination between consultants, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders
