Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure delivery within financial services.

• Deep expertise in Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, China distros), scripting, and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, AliCloud), virtualization (VMware, KVM), and high-performance computing.

• Experience with hybrid setups, cross-border collaboration, and vendor management.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity, identity management, and regulatory compliance.

• Analytical mindset, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Architect and deploy infrastructure solutions across data centers, cloud platforms, and co-location sites.

• Drive full project lifecycles—from requirements gathering and PoC to implementation, testing, and ongoing support.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure system reliability, scalability, and compliance.

• Maintain and optimize infrastructure performance, security, and availability.

• Support incident resolution and manage change processes, occasionally during off-hours.
