System and Application Monitoring
Monitor the health and performance of servers and applications to ensure optimal uptime and early detection of issues.
Batch Job Execution and Monitoring
Ensure timely execution and monitoring of scheduled batch jobs, addressing any failures promptly.
Backup Management
Oversee and verify the successful execution of backup jobs, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
Alert and Escalation Handling
Manage alert notifications and escalate incidents to relevant teams in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Data Centre Operations Support
Escort visitors in the data centre and support related operational protocols.
Facilities and Building Maintenance Coordination
Assist in supporting building management activities such as power and air-conditioning maintenance.
Security Advisory Support
Support the implementation and follow-up actions of security advisories and compliance requirements.
Remote Monitoring Services
Perform continuous remote monitoring to ensure all critical systems remain operational.
Disaster Recovery (DR) Support
Participate in and support disaster recovery activities and testing exercises.
Project Support
Assist in executing tasks assigned by the Project Manager in line with project requirements.
Printing Services Management
Manage and provide support for office printing services, including troubleshooting and maintenance coordination.
