What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools.
- Possess advanced Excel skills and proficiency in dashboard preparation.
- Possess 8 years or more experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or similar roles within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, and data analysis, dashboard reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to diverse audiences.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and strategically.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Familiarity with financial forecasting and budgeting processes.

What you'll be doing on the job
The incumbent is responsible for data intelligence including collecting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that supports strategic decision making. The incumbent will develop financial and operational reports, collaborate with country stakeholders and cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Data Collection & Management - Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business initiatives. Translate business requirements into analytical solution using data models and reporting tools.
- Data Visualization - Create insightful reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SAC) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision making.
- Data Analysis– Analyze complex and large datasets using business intelligence tools to identify patterns and trends, translating them into compelling narratives and actionable insights. Present findings to leadership and stakeholders in support of strategic business decisions.
- Data Reporting - Prepare periodic business review reports for senior management. Periodically prepare and share key insights from data analysis and reports with key stakeholders.
- Data Integrity - Monitor the quality and accuracy of the data, identifying discrepancies and implementing solutions to ensure reliable analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Support data quality initiatives by identifying and correcting data integrity issues. Provide data-driven recommendations to streamline and optimize processes. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, IT) and country stakeholders in collection, maintenance, and analysis of key business, commercial and competitive indexes across APAC markets.
- Periodically engage with Global and Country teams to identify opportunities for cross collaboration, process improvements and best practice sharing.
- Participate and support process optimization projects in support of improving data integrity and visibility.
