Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in retail operations or store management
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Retail Operations & Efficiency – Oversee daily store operations, conduct audits, ensure compliance with brand standards, and monitor store performance (sales, inventory, KPIs).
Sales Strategy & Targets – Set and execute sales targets, support promotional activities, track performance, and provide improvement insights.
Team Leadership & Development – Support and mentor store managers, identify training needs, conduct performance reviews, and enhance team capabilities.
Customer Experience – Maintain high customer service standards, analyze feedback, and support loyalty/retention programs.
Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, coordinate with supply chain, and ensure product availability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with marketing, visual merchandising, and HR to align promotions, recruitment, and training.
Budget & Financial Support – Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and preparing financial/sales reports.
Store Expansion – Support new store openings, ensuring operational readiness and smooth launches.
Market & Competitor Insights – Track competitors, monitor market trends, and share insights to guide strategy.
