• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system development and support.

• Strong programming skills in Java and SQL.

• Familiarity with Linux environments and databases such as MySQL and Oracle.

• Experience working in Agile teams using tools like JIRA.

• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage offshore collaboration.

• Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Lead business requirement analysis and translate them into functional workflows and system specifications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

• Conduct system testing and resolve issues prior to production rollout.

• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements and recommend enhancements.

• Manage change initiatives across both local and offshore teams, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable benefits.

• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

• Maintain detailed project documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
