digital project manager (12-month contract)

Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, STEM, or related disciplines.

• 8–10 years of experience in consulting, operations, or project management, ideally within financial services.

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale digital transformation projects.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile principles.

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from planning through execution.

• Collaborate with business sponsors and technical stakeholders to develop business cases and secure approvals from executive committees.

• Manage project governance, reporting progress, financials, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders.

• Oversee vendor sourcing and engagement, including RFPs, Statements of Work, and contract sign-offs.

• Coordinate internal IT teams and offshore delivery partners to ensure seamless execution.

• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring dependencies are managed across projects.

• Drive change management and ensure compliance with technical governance (e.g., Change Authority Board).
