Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s) in Management, Marketing, or Engineering.
Minimum 10 years in the truck automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or director-level position.
Wide network in transportation, logistics, contractor, and fleet management sectors.
Strong understanding of European truck products, heavy equipment markets, transportation regulations, and relevant technical skills.
Fluent in English.
Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term sales strategies for European and Asian truck products.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to optimize marketing and distribution strategies.
Set national sales targets and ensure achievement through effective sales team management.
Build business networks with fleet owners, contractors, and major corporate clients.
Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of the national sales team.
Develop team competencies through product training, negotiation techniques, and CRM.
Maintain strategic relationships with customers.
Enhance brand awareness and market positioning of European trucks in Indonesia.
Oversee sales budgets, promotions, and marketing activities.
Report achievements, opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations to the President Director.
