Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Background in Beauty, Retail, or FMCG industry, preferably experienced in handling E-commerce and Warehouse operations.

• Proven ability to identify and implement Fresh Money / New Profit Opportunities (e.g., optimizing vendor taxes, improving cash flow, etc.).

• Possesses Brevet A & B certification.

• Proficient in Accurate or similar accounting software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Experience in providing financial advice and strategic insights to company stakeholders or CEO.

• Experienced in managing a small team effectively.

• Willing to commute or relocate to Summarecon Bekasi.

• Preferably male, as the position works closely with the male CCO.

• Maximum age 28 years old (exceptions up to 30 years old for candidates with a youthful, dynamic attitude and strong leadership in handling Gen Z subordinates).

What you'll be doing on the job

• Identify opportunities to generate Fresh Money or new profit sources (e.g., optimizing vendor tax, increasing fresh cash flow, etc.).

• Prepare and manage Monthly, Quarterly, Semiannual, and Annual Financial Reports.

• Analyze financial reports and statements from E-commerce and Warehouse divisions.

• Provide strategic financial partnership and insights to the CEO for decision-making.

• Analyze the company’s financial statements and deliver financial advice directly to the CEO.
