What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • Strong technical expertise in pump systems.

  • Proven success in aftersales operations within pumps, turbines, or rotating equipment industries.

  • Independent leadership skills with managerial experience.

  • Preferably aged between 35 to early 40s.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territories.

What you'll be doing on the job

  • Drive aftersales business growth for spare parts, services, and system replacements.

  • Conduct regular customer visits and provide consultative technical support.

  • Manage a wide coverage area (Central Java to Eastern Indonesia) with frequent business trips.

  • Serve as a technical consultant for installed pump systems, advising on maintenance, repair, and upgrades.
