Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Brand Executive (minimum 2 years in an executing role; supporting-only experience is not preferred).
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and revenue growth, including support for live commerce or similar initiatives.
Strong performance record with 80% focus on Marketing Execution and 20% on Branding Strategy.
Currently managing 2–4 brands (minimum 2) and overseeing more than 10 SKUs.
Experienced in executing brand activations and campaigns end-to-end.
Proficient in handling social media (Instagram, TikTok), E-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia), and digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Experienced in leading teams of 5+ members, especially managing Gen Z subordinates effectively.
Preferably from the Beauty, Skincare, Body Care, or Haircare industry.
Willing to commute or relocate to Summarecon Bekasi.
Preferably male candidates, due to close collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer.
Maximum age of 28 years old (up to 30 years old if presenting a youthful, energetic approach and strong leadership in handling Gen Z teams).
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and guide marketing strategies.
Strengthen overall brand positioning and visibility through consistent branding initiatives across multiple SKUs.
Plan and execute impactful online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring measurable results within the first quarter.
Manage and optimize advertising performance—including E-commerce, KOL, and Livestream activities—while maintaining alignment with the annual marketing budget.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support new brand launch initiatives and deliver strong marketing and branding performance outcomes.
