What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Able to handle a farm with a minimum of 1,000–1,500 live animals.

  • 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (Inventory/Logistics).

  • Personality should be calm and emotionally stable.

  • Age range: 35–50 years old.

  • Must be willing to travel anytime as per company standard.

  • Experience using SAP or ERP systems.

  • Must be independent and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Farm location: North Sulawesi.

  • Must be comfortable working with pigs.

  • Travel ratio: around 50:50, with frequent long business trips to Manado.

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports such as Inventory Value, Inventory Cost, and Stocktaking Deviations, ensuring all reports comply with company SOPs & Work Instructions (IK) to monitor the value and usability of inventory for operations.

  • Execute and recommend SOPs & IKs, parameters, KPI targets, and strategies related to improving and developing Logistics, Inventory, and Purchasing performance that have been approved by management.

  • Participate in project and company budget planning and management, ensuring budget validation aligns with SCM SOPs & IKs, historical cost data, and approved vendor specifications and pricing.

  • Ensure and provide evaluations to STGRI regarding actual transactions with vendors.

  • Ensure and provide recommendations to STGRI concerning actual issues or conditions involving vendors.

  • Control the implementation of quarterly, semiannual, and annual audits; analyze audit findings and quantity deviations; and ensure audit activities follow SOPs & IKs with complete reporting of results.

  • Prepare manpower and budget planning, conduct site visits, and coordinate open project activities with other divisions.

  • Ensure all activities and tasks across Supply Chain Management divisions comply with the established SOPs & IKs.

  • Attend and participate in site coordination meetings and company management meetings upon request from the Directors of the operating company.

  • Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately and timely reported, and analyze causes of delays or input errors in inventory data.

  • Validate and analyze the supply plan based on forecasts approved by the HO Cost Control, ensuring supply plans remain within the allocated budget.

  • Identify and send all deadstock items to the Central Warehouse in Jakarta.

  • Validate all reports submitted by the HO Logistics and Inventory Team.
