What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Proven background as a Marketing Manager or in a similar strategic marketing role.

  • Demonstrated experience in driving and supporting company revenue growth, including activities such as live commerce and e-commerce campaigns.

  • Proven ability to manage more than two brands within a single company or portfolio.

  • Strong experience in implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple brands.

  • Hands-on involvement in new product development and brand launching initiatives.

  • Skilled in KPI tracking, performance analysis, and preparing quarterly marketing reports.

  • Preferably from the Beauty, Skincare, Body Care, or Haircare industry.

  • Willing to commute or relocate to Summarecon Bekasi.

  • Preferably male candidates, due to close collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer.

  • Maximum age of 28 years old (candidates up to 30 years old are welcome if they demonstrate a youthful, energetic approach and strong ability to lead Gen Z subordinates).

  • Experienced in managing large teams (50+ members) effectively.

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for two brands.

  • Define and maintain brand positioning and tone of voice across all platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, E-commerce, and Offline Stores.

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Team on new brand launches, covering concept development, packaging, pricing, and overall strategy.

  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and seasonal campaigns.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, conversion, brand awareness, and sales, and prepare detailed quarterly reports.

  • Drive improvements in in-store activation and organize online/offline marketing events to strengthen brand presence.

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, influencer, PR, events, and retail channels.
