What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Strong command of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, WAN technologies, and protocol analysis.

• Proven experience working with multi-vendor environments (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers).

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure in complex environments.

• Solid background in network security, including IDS and NAC implementations.

• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical reporting.

• Must-Have: Zscaler (Proxy), Palo Alto Firewalls

What you'll be doing on the job

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve high-impact network incidents, conduct in-depth root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

• Network Strategy & Planning: Design scalable network solutions aligned with long-term business objectives and performance goals.

• Security Oversight: Develop and enforce robust network security frameworks, monitor traffic, and proactively mitigate risks.

• Project Execution: Lead critical infrastructure initiatives including network upgrades, migrations, and technology rollouts.

• Documentation & Governance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network topologies, configurations, and operational procedures.

• Team Development: Provide mentorship and technical leadership to L1 and L2 engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and upskilling.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery and support.
