Strong command of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, WAN technologies, and protocol analysis.
Proven experience working with multi-vendor environments (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers).
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure in complex environments.
Solid background in network security, including IDS and NAC implementations.
Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical reporting.
Must-Have: Zscaler (Proxy), Palo Alto Firewalls
Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve high-impact network incidents, conduct in-depth root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Network Strategy & Planning: Design scalable network solutions aligned with long-term business objectives and performance goals.
Security Oversight: Develop and enforce robust network security frameworks, monitor traffic, and proactively mitigate risks.
Project Execution: Lead critical infrastructure initiatives including network upgrades, migrations, and technology rollouts.
Documentation & Governance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network topologies, configurations, and operational procedures.
Team Development: Provide mentorship and technical leadership to L1 and L2 engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and upskilling.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery and support.
