Who you'll be working for

My client is a top-tier luxury retailer and they are looking for a high caliber candidate to join and oversee the regional office and facility operations. You will manage a team to deliver a high quality of service to the stakeholders

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• 10+ years in facilities management, with team leading & project management track record

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Good with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Oversee all day-to-day operations across multiple site types

• Collaborate with regional parties to implement strategies to maximize the efficiency

• Lead the overall project management

• Manage all related parties to ensure SLA compliance.

• Handle ad-hoc requests, including repairs and maintenance services.
